  Contact our customer care team via email or visit your local Soap Makery to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization number.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Package your items securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label, or simply bring your items back to any Buff City Soap location for an immediate exchange.
